A+ GRADE: Devices are used and in mint condition with no signs of use. Devices are free of all scratches, scuffs, and dents. Devices pass all functionality tests, are ready for activation and have no iCloud lock.

A GRADE: Devices are used and in excellent condition with little to no signs of use. Devices can be described as “Like New” and have very minimal signs of use. Devices may have very minor imperfections that are not visible under normal conditions. Devices pass all functionality tests, are ready for activation and have no iCloud lock.

A/B GRADE: Devices are used in great condition and have light / moderate signs of use. Devices have small scratches with no dings or dents. Devices pass all functionality tests, are ready for activation and have no iCloud lock.

B GRADE: Devices are used and have moderate signs of use. Devices have multiple scratches and may have noticeable dings, dents and/or scuffs on the housing. Devices pass all functionality tests, are ready for activation and have no iCloud lock.
